I was getting tired of my cheap and easy recipe for guacamole, so I decided to try something new and it turned out delicious. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe avocados
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- small bunch of cilantro
- 2-3 green onions
- 2 Tbsp lemon/lime juice
- 3 finger pinch of salt
Instructions
- slice avocados in grid pattern and scoop into bowl
- mince garlic and add to bowl
- roughly chop cilantro and add to bowl
- slice green onion and add to bowl
- add lemon juice and salt
- Gently mix together
