Awesome Sugar cookies!!
4 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 nutmeg
1 c soft butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/2 c sour cream
mix dry
separately blend butter with sugar, then blend in the egg already beaten and the vanilla and sour cream
mix two bowls together
you can chill it for an hour (recommended but not needed)
Roll out, cut, and put on the sheet
bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
